Specific Qualifications:

·        A four-year degree in an Engineering or Business subject.

·        Proven track record in selling industrial products.

·        Profile

·        OEM Hunter

·        Player / Coach

·        Strong Mechatronics skills

·        New Market Business Development skills

·        Channel / development experience

·        Highly computer literate.

·        MS Office (.xls, .ppt, doc)

·        Web-ex

·        Solid Works viewer

·        Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

·        Must be able to sell company products and close the sale.

·        Pro-actively support the needs of the customer.

·        Available for overnight travel.

·        8-10 nights / mo - typical

·        Achievement of Sales Growth objectives

·        Yr over year growth

·        Significant OEM Design Wins

·        Clear identification of Target OEM Accounts 

·        Performance management / development for:

·        Representative agents

·        Value added Channel

·        Full usage of CRM and Marketing Automation tools

·        Strategic business inputs regarding

·        Product roadmap

·        Competitive responses

·        Target market segment penetration
