SUMMARY
Basic skill sets must
include the ability to read electrical line drawings, basic understanding of
PLC programs, vacuum systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, coupled with having
above average trouble shooting skills.
Our product systems range in working voltages from low 24 volts to
voltages up to 600 volts. Previous
experience in vacuum and or atmosphere equipment line is preferred. Closely related equipment requiring the same
fundamental skill sets will be considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES may
include, but not limited to the following.
Other duties maybe assigned:
Test and certify all
electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic measuring, recording
and indicating instruments/ equipment for conformance to established standards.
Set-up, debugs, and
load parameters for electronic instruments for production equipment as well as
ensures that incoming electrical control panels conform to engineering
documentation.
Plans sequence of
testing and parameter setting procedures for instruments and equipment.
Set-up standard and
special purpose equipment to test, evaluate, calibrate and certify instruments
and test equipment.
Provide information to
panel builders from engineering to solve panel related assembly or fabrication
problems.

certification trail for all measurement equipment used in production or test of
customer equipment.
Verification of prints
to job as built.
Establish formulas to
solve problems in measurements.
Assist engineers in
formulating test, calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to
maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording and indicating instruments
and equipment.
Additional requirements for component inspection,
in-process work inspection, knowledge of weld inspection, adherence to
dimensional tolerances are desired.
