As the Platform Manager, you will utilize your experience and talents to plan and direct the Program Management function of the design or manufacturing process within the organization, including all related personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Supervise the daily activities of the Program Managers and Sr. Program Managers
• Attend and participate in core team meetings, as necessary
• Provide guidance and direction to core teams in order to complete successful launches from the standpoint of timing, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure that product development and launch systems are followed and maintained
• Provide support to the Program Managers and Sr. Program Managers to help them lead core team activities, facilitate team members’ jobs, and communicate effectively with the customers

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
  Masters Degree in Engineering or MBA is preferred
• 10 to 12 years of experience in program management, design, product development, sales, quality, engineering, and/or manufacturing within the automotive industry
• Experience in exterior automotive lighting is preferred
