Enterprise Account Manager

Job Description:

  • Maintain relationships with existing enterprise accounts through regular contact

  • Develop Account Plans for strategic accounts

  • Provide updates regarding market expansion, locations, product offerings and pricing schedules

  • Identify, qualify and close new sales, upgrades, and renewals

  • Confirm requirements and expectations and recommend pricing for typical solutions (on-net or near net locations)

  • Confirm any outstanding order details and update internal systems

  • Maintain information related to accounts, opportunities, and contacts and provide updates regarding locations and demarcations for assigned accounts

  • Create & present formal offers for arrangements beyond standard pricing

  • Establish a sales plan for prioritizing opportunities and focusing on strategic objectives

  • Represent company at industry conferences and in enterprise associations

  • Build financial models for opportunities requiring significant investment
