We’re looking for a balanced marketer who has deep creative passion and established, disciplined design project management skills, but who also thrives on the edge of digital marketing channel execution. This marketer will fuel digital lead generation growth, and execute inbound campaigns, and will be play a key role in evolving our integrated marketing strategy. If you are the marketing manager we seek, you will have at least five years of experience. You will create, implement and oversee both print and digital marketing projects that work in harmony to effectively reach and engage our target markets, and promote the organization and its products. What You’ll Do - Collaborate to envision and implement a multi-dimensional digital strategy to create awareness, drive acquisition and engage B2B customers and prospects.
- Manage key digital channels of distribution including brand website and store.
- Manage key media contacts and the relationships that realize media integrated placements across both print and digital.
- Work with the Marketing Director to implement an effective e-commerce strategy from awareness to conversion, including promotional campaign management.
- Manage editorial calendar, web content execution, as well as traditional collateral pieces.
- Assist with creating, monitoring and measuring content marketing, marketing automation and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Develop ongoing reporting and insights into customer and web analytics to develop segmented and personalized communications
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in both traditional and digital marketing
- Success with creating conversion-optimized digital marketing programs
- Proven (web) analytical and conceptual skills; prior experience with analytics tools (GA, Omniture, etc.) is a must
- Complete working knowledge of and facility with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills.
- This position may require some travel within the US
