Tim specializes in Recruiting and Employee Relations. Tim started his career at Belcan Corporation as a Technical Recruiter/Account Executive. His primary responsibility included the contract and permanent placement of Information technology & engineering professionals. Tim then went on to manage the corporate employment & safety administration at Basler Electric. While at Basler, his duties included corporate recruiting, negotiation of compensation and benefits packages for all office professionals and manufacturing employees; along with managing the Environmental, Health & Safety program, and Workers' Compensation plan.
